Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented AV Sales Professional with at least 3 years of experience in the Audio Visual industry. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of AV products and solutions, experience working with system integrators, and the ability to develop and manage client relationships in the Mumbai market. The role requires willingness to relocate or work on-site in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customers for AV solutions
  • Promote and sell AV system integration solutions including audio, video, conferencing, control, and automation systems
  • Understand client requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions in coordination with the engineering team
  • Prepare proposals, BOQs, presentations, and commercial offers
  • Handle negotiations, close deals, and achieve assigned sales targets
  • Build strong relationships with consultants, end users, contractors, and OEM partners
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical discussions with customers
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams for project execution, delivery, and after-sales support
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in AV sales or system integration sales
  • Strong understanding of AV products such as displays, projectors, video conferencing, audio systems, control systems, and networking basics
  • Experience working with system integrators, OEMs, or AV solution providers
  • Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into sales solutions
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused approach
  • Willingness to relocate or work in Mumbai

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, IT, or a related field
  • Existing client or consultant network in Mumbai is an added advantage
  • Experience handling corporate, education, hospitality, or government AV projects
