Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales professional with experience in Control & Command Centre (CCC) Solutions to drive business growth across the Pan India region. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, opportunity development, client engagement, and closure of deals across government, PSU, and enterprise segments. Although based in Mumbai, the role requires nationwide market coverage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and qualify leads for Control & Command Centre solutions across Pan India
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, requirement gathering, solution positioning, proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Engage with key stakeholders such as government bodies, smart city officials, PSUs, system integrators, and enterprise clients
  • Develop strong relationships with consultants, channel partners, and technology partners
  • Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and solution walkthroughs in coordination with pre-sales and technical teams
  • Track tenders/RFPs/RFQs related to Command & Control Centres, Smart Cities, Surveillance, PSIM, VMS, and integrated solutions
  • Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline and achieve assigned revenue targets
  • Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to management
  • Ensure timely follow-up, CRM updates, and accurate sales forecasting
  • Travel across India as required for client meetings and business development

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Electronics, or Business (MBA preferred)
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B / Government / Enterprise solution sales, preferably in:
    • Control & Command Centres
    • Smart City solutions
    • Surveillance & Security systems
    • ICT / Integrated technology solutions
  • Strong understanding of solution-based selling and consultative sales approach
  • Experience in handling government tenders and large-scale projects is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage Pan India accounts
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to Smart City projects, ICCC, PSIM, VMS, GIS, IoT platforms, or similar technologies
  • Experience working with System Integrators or OEMs
  • Existing network with government departments or enterprise decision-makers
